Thoroughbred Voice
The Thoroughbred Voice is a quarterly publication serving the Thoroughbred Racing Community. The Thoroughbred Voice is published with the help and cooperation of Hastings Entertainment Inc., the Horsemen’s Benevolent Protection Association, the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society and the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch of the Provincial Government.
